Exchange & Return Policy

We require exchanges and returns to be processed within 45 days from your purchase date. We are pleased to provide prepaid shipping labels and bags for convenient product exchanges or returns.

Exchanges: 
The fastest way to process an exchange is to place a new order online. Return the original item with the enclosed prepaid label and bag. Once we receive the original order, we will process the refund on condition of the item.

Returns: 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items at 30% or higher.
